What areas do you serve?

The Pop & Prop Shop is based out of Seffner, FL and happily serves surrounding areas including Plant City, Lakeland, Brandon, Riverview, Tampa + more. We are always down for an adventure if traveling is required for larger scale events too!

Do you have an order minimum?

Yes! The Pop & Prop Shop has a $100 minimum for delivery and $200 for installation orders. On a smaller budget? No problem! Orders below the minimum can be fully assembled and are available for easy grab & go pickup – just pickup, hang, style, and party!

How much does balloon decor cost?

Our pricing is based on several factors including the design style, complexity, length, volume of balloons, and any delivery or installation requirements. All balloon garlands are priced per foot (not linear feet), so having measurements of your space will help us provide a more accurate estimate.

Delivery is calculated based on the distance from zip code 33584 to your event location. This will be added to your order total.

A 20% installation fee is added based on your order subtotal. This covers setup time, tools, and on-site labor to bring your vision to life!

Can you use the balloons I purchased from Amazon?

Nope, sorry! Balloon packages purchased from Amazon sellers cannot be trusted for quality, color or size. I have wholesale accounts with professional quality balloon suppliers and will work hard to be sure you get the most vibrant colors and professional quality that you would expect when you hire a professional balloon stylist.

Professional quality 100% rubber latex balloons are eco-friendly, hold air longer, don’t pop as easily, and have a rich color quality that you can’t find on Amazon or at your local party supply chains.

How long will your balloon creations last?

Our balloon installations can last anywhere from a single day to several months, depending on the location. Air-filled balloon garlands tend to last much longer than helium-filled arrangements.

We use high-quality professional balloons, but factors like heat, cold, sharp objects, children, pets, and handling can affect their durability. While we take every precaution, we can’t guarantee how long they’ll last once delivered or picked up.

Indoor installations (kept away from direct sunlight and heat) can last a month or longer, while outdoor setups have a much shorter lifespan due to weather conditions.

Do you offer delivery and set up services?
Can you install balloons outside?

We can and do, however balloons do not hold up well against the Florida heat! We don’t recommend installing balloons outside during the hottest months of the year, but if you do need balloons to go outside, we recommend they be installed in a shady area, out of direct sunlight.  The sunlight will cause the latex to expand and you guessed it – pop! Lighter colors do best in the heat and direct sun.

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner, the better! We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your date. Weekends and holidays fill up fast, so don’t wait too long, bestie! Last minute – no worries! Still reach out – if we can fit you in, we totally will!

My event is less than 2 weeks away. Can you still help me?

I’ll do my best to accommodate! Rush orders are accepted based on availability, but options may be limited to balloons and colors currently in stock. Full payment is required upfront, and in some cases, a rush fee may apply to expedite supplies for your order.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes! A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your event to finalize all details.

What is a grab & go garland?

Party magic, minus the hassle!  Our grab & go garlands are fully assembled and ready for pickup. Just hang, style, and party!  Perfect budget-friendly option for clients that don’t need balloon installation services and want something smaller than our minimum for delivery and installation.  Easy instructions and hanging materials included.

What size vehicle do I need to pick up a grab & go?

The size of your garland will determine the size of the vehicle needed. For a 4ft garland, any size car or sedan works fine. Anything larger will require an SUV with all the seats down. Garlands are flexible and can be adjusted to fit, but bringing an empty vehicle makes loading easier and keeps your decor looking its best!

How does this work?
What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum one week notice to reschedule your event date (or pickup date for Grab and Go Balloons.) Requests to reschedule less than one week before your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled.

Deposits are non-refundable.
